The holiday home baing rented out by us is situated in Saaremaa, 14 km from Kuressaare towards Sõrve, in the village Keskranna. It is only 600 m from the holday home to one of the most beautiful southern beaches of Saaremaa. Paddle boat and boat rent at the beach. There is also a small summer café there.
	The holiday home was completed in 1990. The total area of the rooms is 90 square metres. The house is surrounded by a 250 squarre metres garden separated by perennials. In the house there are two double and two single small bedrooms, a fireplace room, a kitchen, a small sauna with electric heating and pool.
